Beverly Hills, CA — “Salim Baba,” “Please Vote for Me” and “My Kid Could Paint That” will screen as the final installment of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ 27th annual “Contemporary Documentaries” series on Wednesday, June 3, at 7 p.m. at the Linwood Dunn Theater in Hollywood. Admission is free.

Beverly Hills, CA — The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will present a special screening of the 1939 action-adventure film “Gunga Din” on Friday, June 12, at 7:30 p.m. at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills. Before the presentation, Oscar winners Ben Burtt and Craig Barron will discuss the sound and visual effects used in the film. The program also will be presented in New York on Monday, June 15, at 7:30 p.m. at the Academy Theater in New York City.
