Selena Gomez is going to launch her new Dream Out Loud line this weekend. The line will be available in Kmart store this Sunday. The Chief Marketing Officer of Dream Out Loud, Robin Creen, told the press, “The launch media plan is a true 360 degree campaign that has been customized to target a teen audience.” We’ll see Sundy if the line is really what teens want.

TV’s greatest show has a love affair with the movies. So we have a love affair with TV’s greatest show. We call it Mad Men @ The Movies . The world premiere party for Mad Men Season 4 kicked off in Times Square a few hours before the show on Sunday night. I was honored to be invited so I must give thanks to the wonderful Lipp sisters of Basket of Kisses who always keep me in the swing of things when it comes to Sterling Cooper, excuse me, SCDP (Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce). It’s always good to hang with the vivacious Lipps and I also got to chat with other MM fans including the adorable talented Carol Hannah of Project Runway fame. The VIP crowd got Barbies. I managed to procure a Don & Betty set. ( More on these dolls here . They retail for $75) Left: Me (the hat was with the gift bag); Right: Girl from costume contest. I didn’t catch her name but that’s totally a Betty dress (the Barbie is wearing that same dress, albeit in miniature). She bought it on eBay which the judges called cheating. The evening came with two trivia contests (Pt 1 too easy / Pt 2 just right), two celebrity cameos from “Peggy” (Elisabeth Moss) and “Betty” January Jones who is sexy and statuesque in person and looks nothing like Elizabeth Hofstadt Draper Francis without the 60s costumes and hairstyling. Will Smith’s kids could be getting their own fashion line. Jaden, 12, and Willow, 9, have teamed up with the stylist responsible for Rihanna’s look, Mairel Haenn. They are going to develop a signature style with the goal of evenually having their own label. Mairel said: “With Rihanna, pretty soon after she came on the scene, you started seeing designers from Forever 21 to Gucci coming out with styles mimicking her look. We hope the same thing happens here, but I think the ultimate goal is for Willow and Jaden to have their own line.” She also believes that Willow has similarites to Rihanna. Lets hope she doesn’t grow up to have the same taste in men as Rihanna!

Even though Justin Bieber can’t stop the puberty train from rolling in, he’s taking precautions to make sure that when his voice changes, his career isn’t ruined. The 16-year-old singer is so concerned about not being able to hit his high-pitched notes, he’s decided to take tips from mentor Usher by enlisting the help of a top singing coach to help him stay in tune. The tween idol says: “Everyone’s voice changes. Puberty is a natural thing. I have the best vocal coach in the world and we’re working on my voice and doing what I need to do. It’s not like as soon as you hit puberty you stop singing. Usher is the best mentor in the world and he survived puberty. He tells me what to do, what not to do.” Nice to have someone like Usher on your team and giving you advice!
